She has shaped strategy through seasons of growth and challenge, built high-performing teams, and introduced operational rigour to some of the brand’s most defining moments.

Through her consultancy, Mel partners with early-stage founders and small to medium-sized teams, offering practical support across operations, strategy, and leadership.
