For more than a decade, Mel has led Zulu & Zephyr as General Manager—guiding its evolution from an independent swim label into a globally recognised 8-figure lifestyle brand, leading operations across Australia and the USA. She has shaped strategy through seasons of growth and challenge, built high-performing teams, and introduced operational rigour to some of the brand’s most defining moments.

Through her consultancy, Mel partners with early-stage founders and small to medium-sized teams, offering practical support across operations, strategy, and leadership.
