    With an operator’s mindset and a career built inside founder-led brands, I work across product, people and process, bridging the gap between vision and execution.

    Support can look different depending on the season you’re in. Sometimes it’s a single session to get clear and reset direction. Other times, it’s a short-term rhythm to work through things more deeply, with someone supporting you through the stages.

    It’s a space to pause, reflect and find direction. Think of it as a working session with someone who understands what you’re going through and can offer a fresh lens to help you move forward.

    This option suits founders looking for more consistency and space to work through something over time — with regular check-ins and follow-ups to help you stay on track and supported as things evolve.

    It’s designed to support you across a 6–8 week stretch, with three focused sessions and space between to reflect, take action, and come back to the work together.
