This didn’t start with a strategy. It started with a feeling.
A gentle pull towards connection. A need for community.
A modern kind of round table — a space for founders, creatives and small teams to come together, share openly, grow intentionally and build with purpose.
I believe in honest conversations. In the kind of support that’s both practical and personal. And in creating a space where ambition doesn’t mean going it alone.
When we are seen, supported and stretched, we lead with intention.
We create better work. We make a bigger impact.
Services
-
I work with founders, entrepreneurs, and growing teams who often juggle all the moving parts — vision, operations, team, decisions and look for a better way to work, one that feels more focused and less reactive. Whether you’re in a growth phase or simply trying to keep up with the day-to-day, I help cultivate a clearer way of working, so you’re not leading from a place of urgency.
With an operator’s mindset and a career built inside founder-led brands, I work across product, people and process, bridging the gap between vision and execution.
Support can look different depending on the season you’re in. Sometimes it’s a single session to get clear and reset direction. Other times, it’s a short-term rhythm to work through things more deeply, with someone supporting you through the stages.
-
This 60-minute session is designed to support you when things feel unclear or stuck — whether it’s strategy, structure, team or mindset.
It’s a space to pause, reflect and find direction. Think of it as a working session with someone who understands what you’re going through and can offer a fresh lens to help you move forward.
-
For when one session isn’t quite enough.
This option suits founders looking for more consistency and space to work through something over time — with regular check-ins and follow-ups to help you stay on track and supported as things evolve.
It’s designed to support you across a 6–8 week stretch, with three focused sessions and space between to reflect, take action, and come back to the work together.
-
I take on a limited number of clients each quarter to ensure the support I provide is thoughtful and aligned with the work.
I warmly invite you to explore my offerings. If you’re unsure where to start or want to make sure we’re a good fit, feel free to reach out at hello@melcolman.com. I’d love to hear from you.

“Mentorship can be a blurry line between great advice, action and accountability, where you leave with one but maybe not the others. I’ve been lucky enough to receive all three from Mel, every time we speak, I have actionable takeaways that give my business real value, rather than just encouragement. Defining the pain points within my business, looking at it from a macro perspective and moving the needle towards where I need to go. Can’t thank her enough for the resources, listening and advice she has given me to continue to grow my small business.”
